About Our Wallets

What leather do you use?

We use premium full-grain Italian leather for all our wallets. It's durable, develops a beautiful patina over time, and gets better with age. Full-grain leather is the highest quality leather available because it retains the natural grain and character of the hide.

What's the difference between the Doberman, Terrier, and Boxer?

The Doberman ($55) is our minimalist origami-style wallet. It has 2 pockets—one for your everyday card and another for cash plus 3-4 backup cards. Perfect for front-pocket carry and those who want to carry only the essentials.

The Terrier ($75) is our vertical minimalist wallet with 3 pockets. Each pocket holds 3-4 cards. It's designed for quick access and a slim profile—ideal for modern minimalists who want more capacity than the Doberman.

The Boxer ($95) is our classic bifold with a modern twist. It features a built-in money clip and 4 pockets (2 outside, 2 inside). Each pocket holds up to 5 cards, giving you room for 20 cards total. This is our most traditional wallet design with maximum functionality.

What color and hardware options are available?

All three wallets are available in:

Leather Colors: Black or Brown
Hardware/Stitching: Brass, Silver, or Black finishings

You can mix and match to create your perfect combination. Just specify your preferences in the order notes at checkout, or contact us if you have questions.

Are your wallets handmade?

Yes! Every single wallet is handcrafted by hand in our Gilbert, Arizona workshop. We're Alec and Leo, and we personally make each piece. No factories, no mass production—just a man and his dog who care about quality.

How long will my wallet last?

With proper care, our wallets can last a lifetime. Full-grain Italian leather is incredibly durable and actually improves with age. The leather will develop a unique patina that reflects your life and use. Many customers pass our wallets down as heirlooms.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 3-5 business days (we handmake each order)Shipping time: 3-7 business days for domestic orders

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—join our email list to be notified when we expand.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you're in the Phoenix/Gilbert area, we can arrange local pickup. Contact us at the time of ordering to coordinate.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests. Rush processing may include an additional fee depending on our current production schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused, undamaged wallets. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll provide a return authorization. Personalized wallets are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in original condition, we'll issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Can I exchange my wallet for a different style or color?

Absolutely! Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. You'll need to ship the original wallet back to us, and we'll send out your new selection once we receive it.

Exchange shipping: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement wallet.

What if my wallet arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%. If your wallet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping both ways.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my leather wallet?

Daily care:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water
Keep away from extreme heat
Let it develop natural patina (that's the beauty of leather!)

Cleaning:

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth for surface dirt
Avoid harsh chemicals or soaps
Let air dry naturally if it gets wet

Conditioning:

Apply leather conditioner or balm 1-2 times per year
This keeps the leather supple and prevents cracking
Use a small amount and buff with a soft cloth

Will the leather change color over time?

Yes, and that's a good thing! Full-grain leather develops a patina—a natural darkening and character that comes from oils, sunlight, and use. This makes your wallet uniquely yours. Brown leather typically darkens and enriches; black leather may show wear marks that add character.

What if my wallet gets wet?

Leather can handle light moisture, but avoid soaking it. If your wallet gets wet:

Pat dry with a soft cloth (don't rub)
Let it air dry naturally at room temperature
Don't use heat (hairdryer, radiator, etc.)
Apply leather conditioner once fully dry

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We create custom leather goods for individuals and companies. Whether you want personalized engraving, custom colors, or a completely unique design, we can help.

Can I get my wallet personalized with initials or a name?

Yes! When selecting your wallet you will be given the choice to add personalization.

Do you do corporate or bulk orders?

Yes! We work with companies for corporate gifts, employee appreciation, and branded merchandise. Contact us for volume pricing and customization options.

About the Nostalgic Collection

What is the Nostalgic Collection?

We're launching a new line of wallets inspired by the 80s and 90s pop culture icons we grew up with. Think handhelds, heroes in half shells, wizards, dinosaurs, and more—all crafted in premium Italian leather with our signature quality.

Our first release is The Handheld Hero (you know what it is 🎮), coming in the next few months.

When will the Nostalgic Collection be available?

We're building inventory now and plan to launch in January. Sign up for our email list on the homepage to be the first to know when they drop.

Will the Nostalgic Collection wallets be more expensive?

Yes, nostalgic designs will be priced at $145-$165 due to the additional design complexity, embossing work, and unique color combinations. They're built on our premium Boxer design with all the same functionality.

Can I pre-order a nostalgic wallet?

Not yet, but we'll announce pre-orders to our email list first. Sign up on our homepage to get early access.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout system. We never see or store your full credit card information—it's handled entirely by certified payment processors.
