We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Please note:

  • Leather is a natural material and may have variations in grain, texture, and color

  • Product colors may appear differently on different screens

  • Actual products may vary slightly from images due to the handmade nature of our goods

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our Site.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to our acceptance of the order.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.

Customization Options

All wallets are available in Black or Brown leather with Brass, Silver, or Black hardware finishings. Custom orders are subject to additional terms and may not be returnable. We will confirm all customization details before production begins.

Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Credit card authorization issues

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • The information you provide is true, correct, and complete

  • Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment method provider

Payment Processing

Payment is charged at the time you place your order. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, or other taxes or duties based on your shipping address. Taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Shipping Times

All products are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Shipping times are 3-7 business days for domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Leo's Leather Goods are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our full policy at [link to Shipping & Returns page].

Key points:

  • 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective

  • Custom or personalized items are not returnable

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photographs, and software, is the property of Leo's Leather Goods or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

Trademarks

"Leo's Leather Goods," our logo, and any other marks used on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Leo's Leather Goods. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Product Designs

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Products are warranted against craftmanship defects for life. This warranty covers:

  • Leather separation or delamination due to manufacturing defects

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [your email] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Exception: Either party may bring an action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
