Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order in our Gilbert, Arizona workshop. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
During peak seasons (holidays, special releases), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days. We'll notify you via email if your order will take longer than expected.
Shipping Methods & Times
Once your order is processed and ships, delivery times are:
Domestic Shipping (United States):

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (contact us before ordering to arrange)

Free shipping on orders over $100 (automatically applied at checkout)
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our workshop. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at leosleathergoods@gmail.com.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future. Join our email list to be notified when we expand internationally.
Local Pickup (Phoenix/Gilbert Area)
If you're located in the Phoenix or Gilbert, Arizona area, you can arrange free local pickup at our workshop.
To arrange pickup:

Place your order online

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout (if available) OR email us immediately after ordering

We'll contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a pickup time

Bring your order confirmation email when you pick up
Pickup hours: By appointment only (we'll coordinate a time that works for both of us)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before shipping: Contact us immediately at leosleathergoods@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel your order. If we haven't started production yet, we can modify or cancel with a full refund.
After shipping: Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. You'll need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize there's an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. If it's already shipped, you'll need to work with the carrier to redirect the package (additional fees may apply).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation

We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature for delivery if theft is a concern in your area.
Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

We'll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement at no cost
We stand behind our products 100%. If your wallet is damaged during shipping, we'll make it right.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Leo's Leather Goods wallet. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Return eligibility requirements:

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:

How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 5-7 business days after you ship it), we'll process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility: You pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Our recommendation: Use a trackable shipping method (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx) and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Tip: Return shipping typically costs $5-10 via USPS Priority Mail.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
How to Exchange Your Wallet
We're happy to exchange your wallet for a different style, color, or hardware option within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange process:

What you'd like to exchange it for (style, color, hardware)
Step 2: We'll confirm the exchange and provide return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship the original item back to us (you pay return shipping).
Step 4: Once we receive the original item, we'll ship your new selection to you at no additional shipping cost.
Exchange timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days from when you ship the original item to receive your exchange.

Price Differences on Exchanges
If you're exchanging for a higher-priced item (e.g., Doberman $55 → Terrier $75), you'll need to pay the price difference before we ship the replacement.
If you're exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Our Craftsmanship Guarantee
We handcraft every wallet with care and inspect each piece before shipping. However, if your wallet arrives with a craftmanship defect or if we sent you the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately.

Warranty
What We Cover
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee. If your wallet develops a functional defect within 1 year of purchase due to faulty materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
